- A full refund is available only if the project has not yet started (no sketches, drafts, or files have been sent).
- If a preliminary sketch or draft has been provided but no final approval has been given, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the progress of the work.
- Once the final design or approved files have been delivered, refunds are no longer available except in rare cases such as technical errors or unreasonable project delays caused by Beehaya Studio.
2. When Refunds Cannot Be Issued
Refunds will not be available in the following cases:
- The final files have been delivered or used.
- The project has been approved and later canceled due to a change of mind or preference.
- Incomplete or inaccurate information was provided by the client, causing project delays.
- Major project scope changes or excessive revision requests are made beyond the original agreement.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps carefully:

Refunds cannot be transferred to another person or account under a different name.

If a refund is approved, the client agrees not to use, share, or distribute any sketches, drafts, or files provided before the refund.
All intellectual property and design rights remain the sole property of Beehaya Studio.
5. Revisions and Client Satisfaction
Each project includes a specified number of free revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
Requests for additional or extensive revisions outside the project’s scope may incur additional fees and do not qualify for a refund.
